This is the “Love forever necklace” from Norwegian jewellers Bjorg. It's an amazing design with two hands joining to create a heart. It is made from sterling silver with a black rhodium plated chain with the sentiment “amor in aeternum”. The hands measure 3cm across and 1cm down.
